Role Overview:
This position involves conducting detailed analysis and reporting to support compensation initiatives and the annual salary review process. The role requires working with both internal employee data and external market insights with opportunities to contribute to broader rewardrelated projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret workforce and market data to support compensation planning
- Assist in salary reviews and rewardrelated initiatives
- Utilize analytical tools to generate insights and recommendations
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all datarelated tasks
- Collaborate with teams to enhance reporting and decisionmaking processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in data analysis within a professional setting
- Strong Excel skills including formulas and data visualization
- Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI Google Sheets or Alteryx
- Knowledge of HR/Finance systems
