Job Description
A wellestablished mechanical company (HVAC Plumbing Electrical Fire Protection) is immediately looking for an organized and experienced Service Manager to manage and supervise their team and oversee the overall operations.

Working primarily in the office the Service Manager will be responsible for supervising mentoring and training; creating scheduling and closing work orders; completing site visits to review work prepare quotes estimates material and equipment take off; ordering parts and materials needed for the job; resolve client and employee issues etc.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous management/leadership experience in the Fire Protection industry
- Previous commercial service and/or installation experience with Fire Sprinkler equipment and systems
- Trade and safety licenses/certifications such as NFPA I/II OSHA30/SST etc.
- Knowledgeable of NFPA
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work tasks to maximize efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction
- Valid Drivers License with a clean MVOR
The successfully hired Service Manager must pass a preemployment background check (Criminal Driving and References).
SHIFT: Days 7:00am 4:00pm (Monday Friday). Must be willing to answer after hours calls from techs in case of emergency.
COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:
