This role is located in a highly soughtafter 5star hotel in London. They are looking for a Guest Services Manager to join their highly skilled hotel frontofhouse team. They are one of our very best clients who treat their staff very well.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Guest Services Manager
- 27500 per annum plus circa 9000 service charge
- Travel Card paid for Up to zone 4 (after 6 months)
- Working 7 shifts over 14 days
- Working 8am to 8pm
- Occasional night shifts
- Working alongside a team of leading industry professionals
- Invaluable experience pushing towards further accolades
Responsibilities as a Guest Services Manager within a 5 star hotel
- You will be within a supervisory position currently within another luxury hotel
- As Guest Services Manager you will be working with Opera PMS so you will need experience with this
- You will be imperative to creating the absolute best service possible for each hotel guest
- Working closely with the guest services team in this handson position
- VIP guests will be visiting this property regularly; therefore the very best service is required
