Position Summary:

The Program Manager Software Developmentwill ensure the successful of a portfolio of projects transformdevelopmentpractices and pursue new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Ownership and : Provide businessownershipand responsibility for a portfolio of relatedsoftware development projects transitioning advanced signal andimage processingalgorithmsinto demonstrable software products pursuant to operational implementation within advancedremote sensingsystems.
• Program Oversight: Provide oversight to ensurefulfillmentof project scope while adhering to cost and schedule constraints.
• DevOps Methodology Implementations: Work withdevelopmentteams to implement appropriate efficientDevOps practicesand tools.
• Technical Expert Collaboration: Collaborate with technical experts while leading the identification and capture of newsoftware developmentopportunities to expand your portfolio.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance
• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Applied Physics Applied Mathematics or Computer Science 10 years of relevant professional experience or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Applied Physics Applied Mathematics or Computer Science Brief 5years of relevant.

• Project Management Experience: Demonstrated relevant and successful experience as a project manager in thedevelopmentof deliverable software products.
• Business Capture Participation: Participation inR&Dbusiness capturethroughsolution developmentcustomer engagement and proposal content preparation.
• MATLAB Experience: Experience working withMATLAB engineering analysis codeand formalcode developmentin C.
• Software Development Experience: Experience withagile software development methodsandDevOpsprocesses and tools
• Technical Communication Skills: Excellence in oral and writtentechnical communication.

Desired:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI
• Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Program Language Proficiency: Proficiency in C or Python programming languages
• Advanced Software Development Experience: Experience with software development that efficiently implemented advanced algorithms via highperformance scientific computing and/or parallel processing technologies.
• Professional Certification: Professional certification in areas of relevance to software development management and processes (e.g. Agile methodology Project Management Professional PMP)
