- Extract water using truck mount and portable pumps
- Assist with demolition of nonrestorable building material
- Assist with setting up drying equipment as per established procedures
- Monitor drying process and adjust equipment as required
- Work within an OnCall rotation for afterhours emergencies
- Clean Criminal Record
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean abstract
- Experience driving/parking a panel van and cube truck
- Ability to lift industrial fans 3040 lbs
- Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers 75100 lbs
- Knowledge of construction and basic building materials
- Safely use of power tools and hand tools
- Experience in custodial work pressure washing carpet cleaning (considered an asset)
