General Responsibilities
Follow all company policies and safety procedures consistently
Support additional operational needs as they arise
Maintain positive communication with team members across all functions
Warehouse Responsibilities
Sort and process materials carefully to maximize reuse and recycling potential
Operate warehouse equipment including balers pallet jacks and straddle stackers with onthejob training provided as needed
Prepare outbound shipments accurately
Other duties assigned as necessary by management
Job Requirements
Ability to maintain consistent attendance we count on each other to be here when scheduled so we can deliver excellent service as a team
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods frequently push pull squat bend reach and lift up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions in English
Ability to communicate effectively digitally via text and email.
Must pass a background check if offered the position.
