Job Description
Quality Control of Job Site
- Assist with project planning for job sites
- Conduct before and after inspections of site
- Make determination on feasibility and timing of customer requests
- Perform pruning and control and other operations as needed
- Assist crew in completion of required tasks
- Coordinate materials and delivery of materials with vendors landscape manager and crews
- Implement schedule set by Landscape Manager
- Oversee proper safety equipment and personal protective equipment usage and practice
- Conduct on the job training
- Prioritize the days work list and assign duties to crew members
- Proactively address questions or issues
- Review site with client
- Update client on status of site
- Suggest improvements and potential up sell
- Ensure Foremen complete time sheets daily
- Complete paperwork on accidents and report them to management
- Complete weekly vehicle reports
- Perform equipment inventory
- Ensure crews are pre loaded for next days work
- Develop relationship with existing and potential customers to sell landscape services or up sell existing services
- Assist in new site take off estimates
- Assist in analyzing job costs to keep in line with customer pricing
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness is maintained
- Have a current NC Drivers license
- Have basic plant and irrigation system knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to perform physical labor in a wide variety of climatic conditions for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to utilize basic landscape equipment
- Knowledge of plant identity and landscaping fields
