Handson development of Gen AI applications and ML models (classification regression clustering NLP) to drive actionable insights. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align AI solutions with business needs. Work handson in an agile development environment contributing to productionready AI applications. Stay uptodate with AI advancements and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing projects. Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency (scalable reliable and wellmaintained). Document processes models and key learnings and contribute to building internal AI capabilities. Ensure AI models adhere to ethical standards privacy regulations and fairness guidelines.Qualifications Required: Bachelors in operations research mathematics computer science or related quantitative field. Advanced expertise in Python and familiarity with database systems (e.g. SQL NoSQL Graph). Proficiency in Gen AI tools AWS Bedrock. Full understanding of Agentic systems and workflows. Experience productionizing GenAI services and working with complex datasets. Advanced experience developing APIs with Python (e.g. using FastAPI) and deploying them to production. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of software development algorithms optimization and scaling. Excellent communication and business analysis skills.Nice to have: Cloud engineering experience (AWS cloud services) Snowflake Software development experience (e.g. React JS).Recruitment Process: Candidates must have proven individual contributor skills and strong programming abilities which will be tested in a live coding prescreen. The interview process includes: 1. 30minute prescreen (live coding team collaboration). 2. 30minute ML deep dive.
