The role primarily involves handling contentious probate cases alongside professional negligence property disputes and contractual claims. The team includes Partners feeearners trainees and support staff necessitating adept delegation and supervision.
As a Solicitor responsibilities encompass providing legal services and advice participating in business development activities and supporting marketing initiatives. Flexibility may be needed for varying work requirements.
