Main Responsabilities:
- Gathering data about project progress and producing reports.
- Developing standards and processes to improve the project management encouraging. (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.
- Managing resources for projects capacity analysis planning.
- Managing the demand of products coming from Business areas
- Managing dependencies across multiple projects.
- Delivering training and mentoring to team members.
- Evaluate peoples performance allocated to the Infosec PMO.
- Take actions to anticipate avoid and resolve deviations from projects plan.
- Define Team objectives.
Requirements
General Requirements:
- Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management.
- Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management.
- Proven experience in demand management from countries
- Proven experience in project management to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fastpaced business environment.
- Preferred project management experience in Telco/big companies/consulting services.
- Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of 5 to 25 people.
- Experience of managing a PMO office.
- Experience of project management using PMI & AGILE methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects.
- Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment.
- Line management or team leader experience.
- Advanced knowledge in Software Development and product launch projects.
It will be a must:
- Demonstrated at least 3 years experience in similar position reporting to senior management
- Demonstrated at least 3 years experience in Demand management from business areas
- Demonstrated at least 3 years experience in Project management

- Fluency in English (Must) (C1.
- Availability to be on duty.
- Availability for occasional travel abroad.
