Compensation Range (San Francisco Bay Area)

  • Base Salary: $62400 $65500
  • COLA Cost of living Adjustment Bay Area : $25800
  • Total Compensation: $88200 $91300 Base COLA

Position Description

The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Project Development team charged with growing the companys presence in the region through marketing and communications and project procurement. These marketing professionals are all in and have the opportunity to do a little bit of everything. The marketing coordinator will lead content development for internal communication efforts and will support the development of marketing collateral for external communications and social media. This position requires the exercising of judgment discretion and creativity in developing and designing proposal content through understanding and interpretation of request for proposals (RFPs) and qualifications (RFQs) and presentations as each of these deliverables supports bringing in new work.

Position Qualifications:

  • BA degree in communications journalism marketing or similar field of study.
  • 13 years of marketing experience and /or a combination of education and experience preferably within the AEC industry.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite software (Word Excel PowerPoint etc..
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator etc..
  • Strong writing editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and pay close attention to details.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient research skills and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating content for corporate social media platforms preferred.
  • Desire to contribute as part of a winning team and actively participate in a culture of appreciation and purpose
  • This is an inoffice position remote or hybrid wok is not available.

Essential Duties:

    • Assists in all responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and general qualification efforts assigned including presentations/interviews to ensure that the overall theme technical scope staff qualifications and experience are accurate and graphically pleasing.
    • Supports external communications through the creation of engaging content for social media platforms and the corporate website.
    • Supports internal communications by working with project teams and subjectmatter experts to develop written content.
    • Create marketing materials including informational documents qualification packages advertisements displays and brochures that contribute to the overall strategic communications planning and implementation.
    • Update companywide databases with project proposal and personnel information on an ongoing basis which includes engaging project personnel to collect data.
