Animal Care Clinic is looking for a parttime Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Our Client Service Representatives provide our hospitals first and last impressions and are instrumental in managing client requests and appointment flow. We emphasize excellent customer service and are looking for a responsible teamoriented selfmotivated team player. This exceptionally important role requires team members to juggle phone calls emails text messages and facetoface communications while ensuring thorough accurate documentation and invoicing. CSRs are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine to appropriately schedule doctor visits answer questions and educate our clients.
CSR Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving services and products.
- Answering multiple phone lines.
- Greeting and assisting clients and their pets.
- Educate clients.
- Daily routine cleaning
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service sales or other related fields.
- Previous clinical experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
