We need a fulfillment specialist. A key player who does the final scrub and bake of creative files as they leave the Studio for delivery. Your expertise makes sure that the files are set up right that the links fonts images and dimensions are all in order that the naming conventions for each make sense for the client and for our server and that all the iterations of the campaign elements match what was asked for. In short you put the excellence in our . And you can pull all this off in a fastpaced agency environment.

As an OnCall Production Artist you will:
- Work zero to 30 hours per week depending on our workload.
- Support public and privatesector clients who tackle issues like disaster preparedness human trafficking climate change child welfare energy efficiency and more.
- Collaborate closely with art directors designers and developers.
- Create files for client review.
- Prepare final pressready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.
- Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners.
- Prepare files for online web and mobile applications.
- Prepare fillable pdfs including formulas.
- Helpful if you have HTML knowledge for email coding.
What were looking for:
- An exceptional eye for detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong experience using Adobe InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience in using emerging Ai applications both in static and dynamic forms
- A solid knowledge of the printing processes and preflighting tools.
- Proficiency in Office applications helpful but not required especially Word and Powerpoint.
- Understand Section 508 Accessibility requirements and help prepare documents for 508 remediation.
- The ability to gracefully handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a highspeed environment.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in graphic design or a related field) or equivalent years of experience.
- 5 years of creative experience within agency and/or marketing environments
