Description of the role:
South Shore Kia a reputable automotive dealership in Copiague New York is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller to join our team. As an Automotive Biller you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of automotive sales and service paperwork. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and a solid understanding of automotive dealership operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process automotive sales and service paperwork with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and submit documentation for vehicle registrations title transfers and insurance claims
- Verify and reconcile deals ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate
- Communicate with customers vendors and internal staff to resolve any billingrelated issues or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records and files for all vehicle transactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Automotive Biller or similar role within an automotive dealership is perferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service paperwork
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as dealership management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
