One of Londons most iconic 5star hotels is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead their distinguished team. Overseeing a team of around 50 youll ensure seamless operations elevate team performance and manage the FOH budget to uphold the highest standards of luxury and service.
Reporting to the Director of Rooms youll have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front of House Manager in a luxury 5star hotel and be confident using Opera Cloud.

- Overseeing operational excellence showcasing knowledge ofbudgeting payroll management and project management
- Driving guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and maintaining worldclass service
