Position Overview:
The Vice President of Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the organization. This critical position requires a strategic and analytical mindset exceptional leadership abilities and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices. As the VP of Finance you will collaborate closely with the executive team to guide the companys financial strategy ensuring its fiscal health sustainability and growth. You will oversee financial planning analysis budgeting risk management and compliance while driving financial performance and operational efficiencies. In partnership with our parent company in Germany you will play a key role in shaping the financial future of the North American subsidiary ensuring alignment with global objectives and local business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend financial processes optimizing efficiency and driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis to support business growth.
- Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP IFRS and regulatory requirements managing risk effectively.
- Build and mentor a highperforming finance/accounting team fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to provide financial insights for strategic decisionmaking.
- Serve as the primary financial liaison with external stakeholders including auditors and banks.
- Manage cash flow optimize capital structure and drive profitability through strategic financial decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field (Masters preferred).
- CPA preferred with 8 years of seniorlevel accounting and financial leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Expertise in financial regulations compliance standards IFRS reporting and ERP accounting systems (SAP a PLUS!.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing highperforming teams.
- Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP software with exceptional project management abilities.

Annual Salary $180000 $230000
Disclosure as required by applicable law the annual salary range for this position is $180000$230000 (Total comp base/bonus). The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location work experience education and skill level.
