Position Assistant Manager Franchise Development

Salary Upto INR 450000/ plus performancebased incentive
Location Dwarka Sector 07
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential franchisees through market research and lead generation.
Conduct presentations and articulate the benefits of taking franchise opportunity to prospective investors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners guiding them through the decisionmaking process.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns to attract franchise prospects.
Provide accurate and detailed information about franchise offerings fees and support structures.
Coordinate and conduct franchise discovery days offering indepth insights into the business model.
Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
Maintain all the records of the new and existing Franchisees. Ensuring proper filling and CRM management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the franchise sales strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in franchise sales or a related field is preferred not mandatory
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with franchising laws and regulations.
Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of the companys products services and competitive landscape.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to travel for meetings presentations and industry events.
High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with potential franchisees.
