JD : Fresher : Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst your typical day would need:
As a Data Analyst you will focus on 70 client projects and 30 internal tasks:
Morning Routine and Planning:
Check emails messages and notifications prioritizing clientrelated communications.
Actively participate in Project Scrums and Weekly meetings as per the Agile methodology.
Review the task management system or project board to assess assigned client projects and internal tasks.
Communicate with team members or stakeholders to gather additional client requirements or clarifications.
Client Project Tasks 70 of Time):
Participate in client meetings or calls to understand project objectives requirements and timelines.
Collect and analyze clientspecific data to uncover insights and support decisionmaking.
Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis.
Apply statistical techniques or data mining algorithms to extract meaningful information.
Create visualizations such as charts or graphs to present analyzed data effectively.
Prepare reports summarizing analysis results insights and recommendations tailored to each clients needs.
Collaborate with team members such as developers or designers to integrate analysis findings into web applications or client deliverables.
Internalfocused Tasks 30 of Time):
Work on internal projects aimed at improving data processes or internal systems.
Analyze internal data to identify areas for improvement or optimization within the agency.
Assist with internal reporting or data visualization needs supporting the agencys operational objectives.
Contribute to research or development projects to enhance the agencys data capabilities.
Participate in knowledgesharing sessions or training programs to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends.
Time Management and Prioritization:
Effectively manage time by allocating dedicated blocks for client projects and internal tasks.
Prioritize tasks based on project deadlines urgency and client or internal stakeholder expectations.
Communicate any potential conflicts or challenges to project managers or supervisors for guidance or reprioritization if needed.
Continuous Learning and Skill Development:
Dedicate time outside of client and internal tasks for continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Engage in selfstudy online courses or internal training programs to deepen data analysis skills.
Apply newly acquired knowledge and techniques to both client projects and internal tasks for maximum learning opportunities.

As a Fresher Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data to drive actionable insights that enhance our projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis be comfortable working with large datasets and possess excellent problemsolving skills. This is an entrylevel position suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Collect clean and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality data integrity consistency and accuracy for data analysis purposes.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ ELT processes to extract transform and load data from various sources into usable formats.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives of analytical projects.
Assist in designing and implementing databases to store and organize data effectively.
Support the optimization of data infrastructure for performance scalability and reliability.
Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines database performance and system issues.
Assist in implementing data governance and security measures to protect sensitive data.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify data patterns trends and anomalies.
Perform data mining and feature engineering to extract relevant insights for web development projects.
Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and techniques to support decisionmaking processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including web developers designers and project managers to identify and resolve data quality issues to gather requirements and provide datadriven recommendations.
Create meaningful and visually appealing data visualizations charts and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
Assist in monitoring and evaluating web development projects by analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements:
Learn tools technologies and frameworks relevant to data engineering processes.
Data analysis techniques to enhance the overall datadriven decisionmaking process within the organization.
Document data engineering processes data flows and system configurations and data analysis for knowledge sharing purposes.
Requirements
Requirements:
Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
Familiarity with SQL NoSQL Vector Database for querying databases and data manipulation tasks.
Experience with data visualization tools and libraries like PowerBI Tableau Matplotlib or ggplot.
Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Strong communication skills to present effectively and explain data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Strong desire to learn and stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in data analysis.
Containerization & Deployment:
Proficiency in Docker for AI application packaging.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
Exposure to AWS Azure or GCP for AI model deployment.
Good to have:
Familiarity with web development concepts and technologies like Flask or FastAPI Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Experience working with large datasets or using big data technologies.
