PuroClean Fire & Water Damage Specialists is ready to hire a fulltime Team Lead that exceeds customer expectations while overseeing worldclass of jobs. This is accomplished by providing excellent leadership for your crew and ensuring proper and thorough documentation.

- Organized Thorough documentation of jobs from start to finish; scope sketches photos standardized forms always available and uptodate.
- At least 1 year of experience working in the restoration mitigation industry
- IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in either Water Restoration Fire & Smoke Restoration Mold & Biohazard Remediation is preferred
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with the job
- Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software
- Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations which may include after hours weekends or holidays
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Use of power tools and different types of industry related tools
