Healthscope is looking for a superstar Corporate Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join the team at our St Kilda Road Head Office on a fulltime basis. By joining the Healthscope St Kilda Road Operations team you will join a multiskilled team that provides seamless services to business on a daytoday basis. This role is constantly evolving which provides excellent career growth opportunities.
About the role
The Corporate Receptionist role is part of the St Kilda Road Operations team that provides day to day support to the business. The focus of the St Kilda Road Operations team is to be a multiskilled team allowing for the team to provide seamless services to the business. Majority of the Corporate Receptionist Day is taken up with answering and forwarding calls receiving visitors and organising meeting rooms and related catering matters. This position will be best suited for an individual that is highly organised and thrives on being of assistance to other. The Corporate Receptionist role is constantly evolving therefor providing opportunities for skills growth.
The ideal professional for this role will be a motivated individual with a detailorientated mindset with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
