Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
PLEASE NOTE
SA CITIZENS ONLY. Hours of work 22h00 06h00 (Graveyard Shift). No transport Provided.
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to work the night shift preparing and serving meals during late hours and preperation for Breakfast. Responsibilities include food preparation cooking maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a kitchen be comfortable working independently and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Work efficiently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience (preferably in a fastpaced environment)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work overnight shifts 22:00 06:00
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
