We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to join our growing team!As a trusted parts adviser you will create customer relationships to last a lifetime! In this crucial role you will determine parts necessary for customer requests or requirements provide quotes and suggest companion items. If you have excellent customer service and selling experience or prior work history in a truck/auto environment a positive attitude and a strong desire for success we want to talk with you!Experience greater job satisfaction today at General Truck Sales!

Essential Duties:

  • Assist customers in determining parts needed
  • Inform customers of companion part requirements
  • Identify parts by utilizing electronic internetbased parts catalogs
  • Provide price quotes and availability of product
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products we sell
  • Assist customers via phone email and walkin
  • Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly focused on providing an industryleading customer experience
  • Knowledge of CDK Volvo Mack Hino and Cummins parts ordering systems helpful
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Dealership parts sales experience is helpful
  • Work well with others
  • Sales background is desired
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Selfmotivated willing to learn and grow with the company
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills necessary
  • Able to multitask in a fastpaced customer focused environment
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Ability to pass background check MVR & drug screen required
