Qualifications:

- Active listener with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge including the ability to navigate databases and enter information accurately.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
