Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our nurse staffing agency. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the continued success of Professional Response Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential healthcare facilities hospitals and medical centers to expand our client base.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

  • Market Analysis: Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful of staffing agreements.

  • Client Success: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure highquality service delivery client satisfaction and client retention.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on performance metrics to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development and sales particularly in the healthcare staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the nurse staffing industry and healthcare staffing trends.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
