Our new European Wax Center (EWC) store opened in November 2022 in Fort Myers at the Shops at Market Square. This newer center featuresEuropean Wax Centers NEW interior brand design which has thus far only been executed at a limited number of centers across the U.S.
The prime responsibility of a Guest Service/Sales Associate is creating an exceptional guest experience achieving sales goals and willingness to initiate genuine conversation and recommendations with our guests on European Wax Center services and products.

If you are a current Esthetician student this is an ideal opportunity for you to begin an entry level position with the leader in the wax industry!
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation including HOURLY WAGE PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES BONUS PAY PRODUCT DISCOUNTS FREE WAX SERVICEfor motivated individuals paid biweekly
- Hourly Base Pay: $1315 per hour
Job Duties:
Educating guests on the benefits of waxing consistently and recommending service packages and products that meet our guestneeds
Provide a smooth check in and check out process
Schedule appointments and manage guest flow throughout the day
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the center
Exceeding individual and team sales goals on a daily weekly or monthly basis
Job Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as a team
Positive friendly upbeat dependable and detail oriented
A passion for the beauty industry and making others look and feel their best
Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include morning evening and weekends
Sales Experience is strongly preferred
Enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
The ability to positively receive and implement feedback
