Job Description
- Audit team nomination with appropriate technical competence and optimal logistic
- Review and Setting of projects in Service Cloud in order to be planned and executed
- Audits date proposition and confirmation in cooperation with Sales and auditors
- Coordinate with Sales Customers and Auditors for effective planning
- Ensure Planning horizon for 34 months as minimum
- Monitoring the dashboard and ensuring compliance
- Monthly checking on the Planning activities
- Error free and timely Scheduling
- Monthly checking on the Scheduling activities performance and its effectiveness and auditor availability utilization
- Cooperation with planners from another DNV units in planning
- Preparation of sampling plan for multi site audits

Qualifications
- detailorientedandreliable
- educational backgroundin technical studies at the faculty level
- extensive experience in work planning
- knowledge and experience in management systems (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and others) would be a great asset
- responsibleannminded and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes
- excellent communicator both with colleagues and customers
- experiencein technical planning particularly in the field of Quality Management Systems (QMS) would be a great asset
- proficient in computer skills including operating systems (Windows) and a good level of expertise in Excel
