High School Associate Principal 25 - 26 School Year

The Opportunity: PLA Associate Principals are instrumental in supporting PLAs vision which includes creating an environment of high standards for our staff and scholars. As an Associate Principal you will work closely with the principal to manage all our campus functions including education programs office operations scholar enrollment personnel and facilities.

As an Associate Principal you will provide strategic leadership supporting the success and retention of our scholars and staff. You will assist the principal in planning coordinating and directing activities and programs related to the administration of our school. The Associate Principal acts for the Principal in his/her absence as required and/or assigned.PLA leaders strongly believe in every scholars ability to succeed and they work tirelessly to create a school experience that fosters success.

• 90 Staff Retention
• 95 Average Daily Attendance
• 80 or higher stakeholder satisfaction
• 95 Student Persistence
• Meeting annual enrollment goals

• Current Administrators License
• Proven success as an instructional leader 3 years of leadership experience
• Experience in high school credit management credit recovery programs and graduation planning to support students assessments and ontime completion.
• Experience in turnaround work
• Entrepreneurial positive problem solver with the ability to see opportunity in challenges
• Clear judgment a mature interpersonal style and the ability to drive collaborative decisionmaking processes.
