Job Description
Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota is recruiting an academic rheumatologist to join the Division of Rheumatology Department of Internal Medicine.
The Division seeks candidates who are primarily clinicians engaged in either education or research with complementary interest and expertisein Inflammatory Myositis or Sjogrens Syndromeand other forms of systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease. A track record of clinical experience and subspecialty training inMyositis orSjgrens syndrome would be an asset. The successful candidate will work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and patients to develop aresearchprogram while maintaining a high quality of patient care and high patient satisfaction. A successful M.D. or D.O. applicant will fulfill the following requirements:
- Certification by the ABIM (or Board eligible) in Rheumatology
- Completion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowship
- Record of interest and excellence in the clinical care of patients withMyositis orSjgrens syndrome
- Record of accomplishments in clinical research or education
Qualifications
- Eligible candidates must be board certified/eligible in Rheumatology.
