We are looking for aTechnical Support Consultantto join our high caliber team.
Your Role
Provide expert technical assistance and support to endusers
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues providing effective solutions to clients
Advice and train users on software use
Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Economics or a related field
Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
Familiarity with software is considered a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customeroriented mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service
