Position located in Franklin Tn.(Williamson County) AUTOMOTIVE Diesel and MAIN SHOP TECHNICIANS GROW YOUR CAREER WITH THE #1 CDJR IN TENNESSEE.Open to Relocation Generous Compensation!! We are expanding and want you to join their award winning service team!! Currently they are looking for experienced Diesel Technicians and level 23 techs. Dont miss out on this great opportunity! Job Duties include: Conferring with customers or service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements Examining vehicles to determine wear and extent of damage or malfunctions Assisting the shop foreman/lead technicians in recruiting and hiring qualified service technicians as well as assisting technicians with their skills providing technical support when needed and monitoring performance and productivity Testing and adjusting repaired systems to meet manufacturers performance specifications Ensuring that the shop is in excellent condition in regard to cleanliness safety and equipment condition and conducting periodic spot checks to maintain highquality service Testdriving vehicles and testing components and systems using equipment such ascompression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices Job Requirements Job Requirements: Chrysler experience/certification highly preferred but not required Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred Have at least 2 years of experience as a automotive technician Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check
