Job Summary: The Floral Technician is responsible for serving as a single person crew. The Floral Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment watering and maintaining flowers quality control and hitting production targets as well as seeing that customer needs are being met.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform all work assigned to it in an efficient and safe manner within the budgeted hours
  • Assure that the work is performed to the highest quality standards in accordance with the job specifications
  • Respond to any specific requests of the client while on site working for the client
  • Notify the supervisor of work requests that are not within the scope of work as specified
  • Follow company policies
  • See that all equipment is secure upon leaving the work site
  • Fill out own crewtech time and job data

Other Responsibilities:

  • Report equipment problems to the Project Supervisor
  • Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
  • Report accidents to the office as soon as possible
  • Conduct performance reviews of employees on your crew

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

  • Constantly required to talk hear see sit stand and walk
  • Must be able to see at close vision distant vision peripherally have depth perception and have the ability to adjust focus
  • Frequent use of hands to manipulate handle or feel objects tools or controls
  • Frequently required to reach bend twist stoop crouch climb and balance
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and seldom lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
  • Occasionally works with mechanical objects and outside in all weather conditions
  • Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals
  • Occasionally exposed to loud noise levels
