Job Description
Nestled in the heart of downtown our luxury hotel offers an unparalleled guest experience combining excellent service exquisite accommodations and toptier amenities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations ensuring exceptional service and efficiency across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk housekeeping and guest services.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
- Monitor and improve occupancy ADR and RevPAR.
- Train mentor and lead department managers and staff to uphold brand standards.
- Implement and maintain policies procedures and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Manage budgets forecasts and financial performance for the front office and housekeeping departments.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Keen eye for detail and hotel presentation in public areas.
- Excel at guest service.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and operational best practices.
- Exceptional leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
