As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

What Youll Do

Easterseals Intensive InHome services use an evidencebased therapeutic model called EcoSystemic Structural Family Therapy. As a Team Member you will work as part of a team to provide therapy that involves the child (ages 320 their family and extended family. This will generally occur during the hours of 3 pm to 7:30 pm and may include interventions with schools and the juvenile justice system or coordination of care interventions in the home. You will participate in the Crisis response rotation with your team for 1 week at a time.

Hours will range from MondayFriday must be available for a flexible schedule that may require afternoon and evening sessions some possible weekend sessions. 24/7/365 on call rotation every 3 weeks.

What Were Looking For:

To join our team you must have passion for working with youth and families ability to be flexible with schedule and do what it takes to meet families where they are at enjoy driving creative and innovative in able to meet children and families needs and a team player.

We also require the following:

• Bachelors degree in human service field with two years post degree experience with population served (at risk youth); or
• Masters degree in human service field with one year post degree experience with population served (at risk youth). Must have documented experience with the population served
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid insurance and an unrestricted drivers license
