Job Description
An established Charleston litigation law firm seeks a workers compensation defense litigation attorney to join their thriving practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess excellent academics
- Strong writing research analytical and communications skills.
- Experience in SC state and federal courts.
- Prior experience in a workers compensation practice is required.
- Have 2 years experience in Workers Compensation defense is preferred
- Extensive experience with discovery.
- High level of organization & preparation.
- Motivated with strong work ethic.
- Communicate effectively and possess excellent writing analytical and computer skills
