Job Description

Classic CDJR of Lancaster SC is looking for an energetic detailoriented customer focused and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. Our everevolving fastpaced service drive would like to add a key player to help optimize our customers experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers promptly and respectfully
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age mileage and history of vehicle
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Establish follow up time
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers frequently
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers
  • Work together as a united team and assist other employees as needed
  • Build longterm relationships with customers and within the store/organization
  • Provide honest and professional experiences with every transaction

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current drivers license and acceptable driving record based on current insurance carrier
  • Proficiency in computer software and automotive store applications
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced customer focused environment
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Past experience as a Service Advisor Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant
  • Above average energy level
  • A desire for a long term career within a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
