Key responsibilities
Report to Major Accounts segment leader for effective management and growth of France Major Accounts portfolio:
- Execute the local Major Account Segment distribution strategy and global offers including services.
- Responsibility for all sales related toassigned portfolio Chubbs visibility prospecting crossselling new business pipeline management monthly numbers reporting and updates on clients.
- Close adherence and understanding of internal profitability criteria profit and appetite
- Lead develop engage and retain clients as appropriate.
- Provide global client overview to management and line of business so that they understand context opportunities and threat at a country and European level.
- Collaborate with the P&C Manager Line Managers and Broker Relationship Leader to secure superior growth while maintaining underwriting discipline
- The role will interact with Brokers and Insureds and requires an ability to engage influence and manage various priorities within the Brokers business
- Develop new and existing brokers & clients relationships and maintain direct contacts with major clients
- Define a clear and differentiated Chubb value proposition for insureds
- Promote our services (Claims Captives Risk Engineering and Global Services) as well as technological capabilities (Worldview) to differentiate Chubb in the market
- Meet or exceed financial objectives and ensures that appropriate corrective actions are taken when required to achieve targets
- Act as a role model and create a team spirit.
QualificationsQualifications/Experience
- Excellent product knowhow and expertise in the French insurance market
- The ideal candidate has a profound knowledge in one P&C line of business and a solid understanding of all other relevant product lines
- Extensive industry experience with either an insurer or broker background. Highly experienced in dealing with brokers clients and insurers at a very senior level.
- Solid leadership skills and track record in managing teams both directly and indirectly. Ability to build networks both internal and external. Leads by example and inspires others.
- Team player who can manage by influence with a desire to achieve superior results. Strategic thinker with the ability to engage people for performance
- Positive and candoattitude. Results driven with a willingness to make informed decisions and assume responsibility
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit owns the Major Accounts Segment business in France with a passion to grow it profitably
- Hard worker who likes to go the extra mile driven by numbers performance and results
- Strong communicator and interpersonal skills both internally and externally and to promote the Chubb brand
- Fluent in French and English
- High level of ethical standards
- Readiness to occasionally travel
