Description

As Clien Services Executive Inwards you will provide Account Management Services to Global Accounts incoming to Germanics & Switzerland from our Worldwide Multinational network. You will be responsible for the issuance and delivery of policy documentation for renewal and new business endorsements and associated administrative within Chubbs agreed standards across by adopting the right first time principle 100 data quality checking prior to issuance & booking).

The role also involves working closely with Global Service teams across the Chubb Global Network Underwriting Credit Control and other internal stakeholders where required.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all handled programmes and policy documentation are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with Underwriters Clients Brokers Chubb Offices and other external parties become the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
  • Supporting Chubbs business development and client relationship activities.
  • Account handling and supporting Global Client Service Executives and Underwriters on relevant account/activities.
  • Assist where required with ongoing Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department.
  • Make sure that Chubbs Service Standards are met and if possible exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes.
  • To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Native level in German is mandatory.
  • Additional European language (Dutch/Spanish/French/Italian/Swedish/Danish) is a must.
  • Professional language skills in English is a must.
  • Previous experience in an underwriting support role is a plus.
  • Insurance background is preferred.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills and customer centric attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
  • Problem resolution and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
