Whether seating guests assisting with carryout orders maintaining the waitlist or helping deliver food to tables you excel at creating positive interactions and fostering a welcoming environment.

• Familiarity with Open Table and Toast systems a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests: Welcome guests warmly and manage the restaurants flow by seating tables efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Build Connections: Cultivate relationships with guests recognizing regulars and making new customers feel valued.
• Manage the Waitlist: During busy times maintain and organize the waitlist providing regular updates to guests about wait times.
• Assist with TakeOut: Ensure takeout orders are accurate and prepared promptly maintaining high service standards.
• Handle Inquiries: Answer phone calls professionally providing information about reservations menu options and special events.
