Job Description
This Housekeeping role provides needed carpet and floor cleaning at our dealerships as well as backup janitorial needs. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety and have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Floor and Carpet Technician Compensation and Benefits:
Floor and Carpet Technician Starting Salary: Starting at $19.50 per hour. Full Time 8pm4am Tuesday and Wednesdays Off.

Floor and Carpet Technician Responsibilities:
- Floor care approximately 15 of the time Strip/scrub and finish autoscrubbing acid washing etc.
- Carpet cleaning approximately 80 of the time portable equipment only extraction Cimex and spin cleaning etc there will be no truck mount.
- Window cleaning (ground level) 5 of the time will train
- You should be able to perform basic maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Will fill in for janitorial positions often.
- Must be comfortable towing a company provided cargo trailer including backing up with a company provided vehicle. Cargo trailer has fold down ramp for easy loading and unloading.
Floor and Carpet Technician Qualifications:
- Janitorial experience required
- Able to lift 50lbs consistently.
- Excellent communication skills (including listening speaking).
- Ability to read speak and understand English.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral or schedule form.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work alone self motivate and manage ones own time.
- Must have a valid drivers license and insurable driving record.
