Who Were Looking For
- Must have at least 3 years of handson experience as an IT support industrial automation in a production environment.
- Someone who can bridge the gap between IT and automation ensuring smooth operations of our industrial systems
- Applications without proven experience & certifications will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure (computers servers network equipment)
- Manage firewalls security access systems Ethernet and fiber optics
- Provide onsite technical support for plant employees
- Install program and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens Allen Bradley Modbus Profibus)
- Maintain robotic and automated production systems
- Work with weighing systems controllers and ABB VFDs
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industrial automation standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in IT support industrial automation or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking cybersecurity and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Experience with PLC programming industrial sensors and control systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams blueprints and technical manuals
- Familiarity with Windows Server Active Directory and security systems
