General Information
Goal: The Global Engineering Pool in India is committed to deliver skilled resources to support projects and Internal standardization activities with in GEA for LPT as well as other GEA divisions with ultimate aim of generating potential savings for GEA by utilization of lowcost resources.
Role & Responsibilities
Control Panel design for Automation & Electrical PLC MCC VFD Panels
Electrical Design Validation
Ensure Electrical compliance with customer specification
Ensure to meet project deadlines
Various Documentation Electrical and Instrumentations
Coordination with Electrical Team and support each other
Coordination with Internal Customer and fulfill their requirements
Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering Degree in
Electrical Electronics Instrumentation & Controls or similar education background
Work Experience Engineer Electrical
27 year
Experience of Control Panel Design in particular Dairy / Food / Beverages / Brewery / Pharma / Chemical Industry
Skills Engineer Electrical
Electrical Engineering Knowhow
Depth Knowledge ofEplan P8 Software Like Master database & Reports Electrical Schematics
Depth knowledge of PLC hardware and field connection with siemens & Rockwell make PLCs
Depth knowledge of MCC & VFD control & power components selection with & Rockwell Siemens Danfoss make
Machinery standard IEC60204 Knowhow
Switchgear assembly standard IEC61439 Knowhow
Strong interpersonal communication skills and coordinations with various project teams
Cables / busbar calculation & sizing
Selection of components for hazardous area electrical and instrumentation
Knowledge of heatloss calculation
Knowledge of UL / CE / ATEX / IP standards for control panels and field instrumentation
Task Engineer Electrical
Electrical Loop drawings Panel Design & Layout Engineering with EPLAN P8
Prepare Instrumentations & Hookup Drawings
Design Control System Configure Industrial Network Architecture
Wiring Schematics for Switchboard and Control Panels
Cable Calculations and Cable tray layout
Loop drawing generation with EPLAN P8 EEC module
Languages known
Must haveEnglish

Travel Requirements
The Engineer would be based in India office
Limited travel will be required Involving in Electrical site support Panel FAT throughout India & abroad.
