Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic accounting & reporting Expert to join our Budget accounting & reconciliation Team of COO Office

The responsibility of this team is to reconcile all the accounts related to process we have in our COO Domain while the way of working is based on azure to manage our priorities and capacity the best way possible

Your key responsibilities:

As an accounting & reporting expert you will:

• Balance of the daily settlement of transactions such as transfers (SEPA & SWIFTS) Checks Bizum Twyp & others ensuring the conformity of the amount
• Analysis and resolution of localized differences in the daily settlement
• Inventory of several products such as mortgages & loans with their respective quotes conciliation
• Detection and monitoring of the operations involved in the process
• Support to process owners any relevant accounting difference
• Report closing balances to finance justifying any relevant difference with their risk threshold.
• Participate internal projects defining requirements to maintain the operative and testing results

While contributing to improvements in our actual processes to decrease the amount of manual load and become a team more dedicated to analysis

• 4 years of experience on accounting/audit department banking sector experience is a plus

• Bachelors degree in accounting

• Proactive contribution to improve our current processes

• Monitor closely risk assessment along the process assuring an excellent client experience.

• Simplify solutions and processes and tell the story clearly to international stakeholders.

• Work closely with colleagues across ING to deliver results under challenging timelines.

• You will be an ambassador of our culture displaying the Orange Code behaviors.

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo de Presupuesto Contabilidad y Conciliacin en la Oficina de COO.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es conciliar todas las cuentas relacionadas con los procesos que tenemos en nuestro Dominio de COO mientras que la forma de trabajar se basa en Azure para gestionar nuestras prioridades y capacidad de la mejor manera posible.

Tus responsabilidades claves:

Como experto/a en contabilidad y reportes te encargars de:

• Balancear la liquidacin diaria de transacciones como transferencias (SEPA y SWIFTS) cheques Bizum Twyp y otras asegurando la conformidad del monto.
• Analizar y resolver diferencias localizadas en la liquidacin diaria.
• Inventariar varios productos como hipotecas y prstamos con su respectiva conciliacin de cuotas.
• Detectar y monitorear las operaciones involucradas en el proceso.
• Apoyar a las personas responsables de los procesos en cualquier diferencia contable relevante.
• Reportar saldos de cierre a finanzas justificando cualquier diferencia relevante con su umbral de riesgo.
• Participar en proyectos internos definiendo requisitos para mantener la operativa y probar resultados.

Adems contribuirs a mejorar nuestros procesos actuales para disminuir la carga manual y convertirnos en un equipo ms dedicado al anlisis.

Qu estamos buscando

• Ms de 4 aos de experiencia en el departamento de contabilidad/auditora la experiencia en el sector bancario es un plus.
• Ttulo universitario en contabilidad.

• Apoyo y trabajo con colegas de tu CoE y otras reas de COO.
• Monitoreo cercano de la evaluacin de riesgos a lo largo del proceso asegurando una excelente experiencia para el cliente.
• Simplificacin de soluciones y procesos y comunicacin clara a las partes interesadas internacionales.
• Aplicacin de tu experiencia en el contexto de transformacin de rpido cambio para lograr resultados.
• Trabajo cercano con colegas de todo ING para entregar resultados bajo plazos desafiantes.
