Rate of Pay / Hours 12.60 / 40 Hours per week
Type of Contract Permanent after 3month probation

About Us:At Fraser Suites Glasgow we pride ourselves on delivering worldclass guest service and ensuring the utmost security and safety for our guests and staff. We are seeking a dynamic and quickthinking Night Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our exceptional hospitality standards.
Role Overview:As a Night Receptionist you will be the face of our hotel during the night shift providing unparalleled guest service and maintaining a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out handling guest feedback completing nightly audits and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the building guests and staff are safe and secure throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide worldclass guest service addressing guest needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the safety and security of the building guests and staff by conducting regular checks and monitoring the premises.
- Complete nightly audit and compliance checks to maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to hotel policies.
- Check guests in and out efficiently ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Handle any guest feedback or concerns with a positive and proactive approach going above and beyond to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Experience / Skill Set:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Detailoriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of security and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
