Job Description
Sous Chef
This is an exciting oppourtunity to work with United Restaurant Group. We are looking for a proven enthusiastic and hardworking Sous Chef to join our team. You must be passionate about working with local suppliers and all the wonderful produce that Dorset has to offer.
Core responsibilities will include ensuring all kitchen operations and activities are carried out in full compliance with the companys operating standards and procedures and the Head Chefs instructions. You will work in conjunction with other Chefs providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team. You are expected to effectively manage your team in the absence of our Group Head Chef.

You will have...
- A minimum of 1 years experience working within a similar role
- Extensive experience working in a highvolume restaurant
- An extensive array of culinary skills & knowledge experience and the confidence working as secondincommand to the Head Chef
- Food Hygiene level 2
- Experience managing and working with a large diverse and experienced team
- High standards for producing quality fresh food
- Excellent & proven track record in leadership and mentoring skills
