What youll do
Drive Revenue Growth: As an individual contributor across the US & Canada spearhead revenue expansion through targeted direct sales initiatives leveraging Equativs premier PMP curation and media activation platform Maestro.
Market Intelligence & Lead Generation: Define highpotential target markets and verticals establish streamlined lead generation processes and maintain meticulous sales records within Salesforce.
HighImpact Prospecting: Maintain a robust cadence of outreach and followups effectively managing a high volume of daily interactions with potential clients and partners.
Strategic Market Initiatives: Develop and execute innovative gotomarket strategies that enhance sales effectiveness and support broader team objectives.
Complex Deal Management: Lead the endtoend sales cycle negotiating and closing sophisticated business deals involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Seamless Collaboration with CS: Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handoffs provide strategic insights and support account growth initiatives maximizing client satisfaction and expanding account potential.

Who you are
Extensive Industry Expertise: 7 years of proven success in programmatic advertising with a strong emphasis on platform and data partnerships as well as PMP media deal .
Programmatic Ecosystem Mastery: Deep knowledge of the full programmatic landscape including DSPs SSPs DMPs ad exchanges and the intricacies of digital media buying and selling.
Strategic Partnership Leadership: Demonstrated track record of negotiating and managing highimpact strategic partnerships driving mutual growth and innovation in the programmatic sector.
DataDriven Decision Making: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data uncover insights and make informed strategic business decisions.
