Job Description
A growing London firm with offices near Farringdon. Have exciting new opportunities for experienced Architectural Technicians & Technologists and (Architects of all levels both Juniorsenior) to join their fast growing medium sized team with circa 60 employees in total. They are also recruiting for these same positions in Hertfordshire as both offices continue to experience growth due to exciting new projects coming through specifically in both large scale Residential and student accommodation.
When not working on Residential projects you will also in the future have the opportunity to work across various other great schemes including Mixed use Retail and Commercial projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing practice and play an involved role in the team and on the technical delivery of projects.
On offer for this permanent full time role is a salary up to 50000 and a great benefits package including hybrid working on offer 2/3 days per week.
To become a part of this practice at an exciting time you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working on live projects in the UK
- Experienced working as a Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
- Experience working on the technical delivery of large Residential projects and/or Student accommodation
- Proficient user in either AutoCAD or Revit (Revit really is highly desirable and is being used for the majority of projects)
- Good organisation skills and deadline management
- The ability to work as part of a internal team and with external contractors/clients
- Experienced in producing accurate detailed information
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
- Experienced working on the production of technical drawing packages
- Prior experience working from mainly stage 4 onwards on large scale projects
