Job Description
Job Title: Manager
We are looking for a fulltime onsite Manager to join our team at EASTERN in Kolkata. As the Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the of projects related to waste heat recovery equipment including recuperators air preheaters and forced draft coolers. You will lead a team of professionals ensure project delivery within deadlines and maintain quality standards throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the of projects related to waste heat recovery equipment
- Lead a team of professionals to ensure project delivery within deadlines
- Maintain quality standards throughout the process
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project
- Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize project processes
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in project management particularly in the of industrial equipment projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Knowledge of waste heat recovery equipment and related technologies is a plus
