Job Description Summary
Under general supervision with independent judgment performs highly technical and complex grants and resource development duties to advance the colleges mission and strategic goals. Responsible for assisting faculty and staff with all phases of public and private grants development including needs assessment subject matter research program/project development and grant writing/proposal development.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in English Education or related field Minimum of two years of fulltime equated experience with public (federal and state) and private grant writing Minimum of one year of fulltime experience with facilitating grants development teams for public and private grants as well as experience in training others in developing grant programs and grant writing Must have supervised personnel a minimum of two years Direct experience with developing grantfunded programs Experience working in large complex organizations
