We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team.


As an Investigative Coordinator at The Jeffcoat Firm youll be responsible for providing essential administrative and legal support to our attorneys and contributing to the success of our clients personal injury cases. This position requires a strong commitment to client service excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


What youll be doing:

  • Gather and process critical case information including requesting collision reports through portals or directly from police departments.
  • Set up and manage insurance claims including adding insurance carriers adjuster details and claim information in the Insurance Tab.
  • Send Letters of Representation to all relevant insurance carriers and input policy limits upon receiving declarations pages.
  • Request Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) records for motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases and any additional caserelated requests.
  • Draft and send NonSpoliation Letters when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic case files ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Review and finalize legal documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to support seamless case management and workflow.
  • Handle administrative tasks including mailing scanning and faxing important documents.
  • Attend required morning and monthly meetings.
  • Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Who you are:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of administrative experience and customer service experience required preferably in an office environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of law firm experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in using legal software case management systems or Salesforce is a plus.
