- Supportscheduleadjustmentstomeetproductionandshippingrequirements review visual schedule
- FollowallappropriateWorkInstructionsSOPsSafetyproceduresandCompany Policies while ensuring the safe use and proper care of company equipment
- Retrieve and analyze trend charts and process data on trained procedures
- Verify and enter production parameters per SOP and Routings
- Accurately complete documentation in SOPs logbooks and other WI documents
- Maintain equipment and instruments
- Demonstrate training progression through assigned curriculum
- Proactively maintain a clean and safe work environment take necessary action to eliminatesafetyhazardsandcommunicatetoothersanyobservedunsafebehavior
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or (GED) or equivalent experience
- 2yearsofexperienceinamanufacturingenvironmentoravocationalortechnical certificate
- Photolithography or related optics manufacturing experience desired
Skills & Other Requirements
- Basic skills in MS Office
- Fundamentalmathskillsarerequired;advancedmathskills(algebratrigonometry) preferred
- Ability to read instructions and maintain concise written records are required
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretdocumentssuchassafetyrulesoperatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Abilitytoapplycommonsenseunderstandingtocarryoutinstructionsinfurnished written oral or diagram form
- Abilitytodealwithproblemsinvolvingseveralconcretevariablesinstandardized situations
Physical Requirements
- Standing.: Particularly for sustained periods of time. (up to 2 hrs)
- WorkingwithHand/Fingers:Pickingpinchingtypingorotherwiseworking primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling
- Lifting:Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from positiontoposition. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerabledegreeandrequiressubstantialuseofupperextremitiesandback muscles (up to 40lbs)
- Visual acuity requirements including color depth perception and field of vision: Requiring close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading;visualinspectioninvolvingsmalldefectssmallpartsand/oroperationof machines(includinginspection);usingmeasurementdevices;and/orassemblyor fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes
